Free Suits Anyone?

HIYOOO!!
alright, so saturday. . ..
Now i don't remember the specifics, but we didn't do that much.
I woke up pretty late, so i went off to the gym. Jag var ganska taggad att springa lite faktiskt haha. So i got there and started running, i chose one fo the runningmachines with a screen showing the mtv channel. I decided i'd stop running after 5 music videos. . .. . but the music videos never started so i just kept running and decided to reduce it to three music vids hehe.
Then finally a music vid is put up. . .. but it turns out it's an entire concert hahaha so i end up running for quite a while :P
I then came down and was sweatting like. . . . like never before :P (Thanks for those genes dad. .. . )
well i only had time to do a few exercises before my dear friend Khai came haha.
So we jsut ended up talking for a veeery long time, but it was useful talk. I asked him about protein powder, i got him to make me a workout schedual, i got him to write up a set and rep (swedish word) "mall"
aaand he showed me some different machines he recommended i use.
So now i'm set!
Well after the gym we went to Susan and Fred's place and ate. . . ate .. . .ate. . . tis was nice haha
And after that i went out to eM studios where i met the brazillians, jason, jamie, and Sven's friend i met the first time i went to the gym hehe.
it was a lot of fun. . .. as always, i love saturdays ;) After eM studios, some of us went to zouk as well. It was great, a lot of fun. Great night if you ask me ;)
The next morning i woke up, got out of bed, drank some water, let the dog out (i'm currently sleeping at wiley's place, because i like getting a break from relatives a little now and then hehe ;) and because i like the speedy internet! aaand ofc the stupid dog :P), called the dog into the bedroom and let her sleep on the bed with me. So i spent 2 more hours in bed playing around with the dog haha.
And well. . . .. i really haven't done much today. . . so that's about it for me!

Aj aj aj, hoppas du kryar pa dig snart! and thanks for the useful japanese phrases, i actually know one japanese model. . . or maybe two. . . .. i'm half angmo (Westerner) so i do have difficulties telling the different asians apart in some rare cases :P

Haha it would be awesome to try out some surfing in Bali, we'll see what we can do, although yes i am a bit worried about the undertow so we'll see :P i'll prolly have full up anyways, because the competition organizers said they have lots of plans for us like sending us to some waterpark thing, whole day spas and what not ;)

Yeeeeh mom, i do visit the agency a little now n then, i like them, and when i'm around i figure why not! have fun in Boras!
