Khai's workout program and some other shiet

HEEEEEEEEEEEEJJJJJJJJJJ!
well to tell you the truth i haven't done shiet today.
I pretty much just sat around with the dog and watched tv-series on the internet for the majority of the day. . . . other than sleeping that is. . .. which i didn't get much of either becuase i allowed the dog to sleep on the bed and she is freakin insane. . ..
Buuut i eventually got my tired ass out of the house and went to the gym.
I did the workout Khai suggested last time we met. . . .and oooomg. . . . .i died. . .. it was heavy, reaaally exhausting haha, and now i have pains everywhere, ah well gonna get a goodnights sleep anyway!
After that i met up with the relatives and we ate a full peking duck just the four of us. . . . nice. . ..
I ate a lot. . . and as usual after the meal i could barely stand up. . . but since i came to singapore, my metabolism rate has excelled somewhat immensley, so i'll probably be hungry in a while anyway :P
And that's all i've done today, however i found out some stuff about the ESPRIT show.
so tomorrow i have to be at city hall at 8.15. . .am . . .!#%#@%$. . . . and there will be two shows, one at 5pm and one at 8pm. I asked Kit how much i'd get for the shows and he asked if the coreographer was Daniel Boey, i said yes, he said probably 400 for each show. . . . that's singaporean dollars, which is 4000kr. . . . .nice. . . .
I also found out that the Brazilian "Jonas" will be following me and Jemmy to Bali, so that'll be fun. aaaaaaaaaaaaand. . . . well not much more. . . oh right i have to go for a fitting for the second test shoot at 9.30pm tomorrow :P
That's all for now. . . i gotta go sleep or i will be suicidal tomorrow morning.
