I got back from Bali on Monday i believe. . .
The day after (Teusday) I got to sleep a little bit but i think i had some casting that day as well. I also went to the agency and got a sheet printed out because my week would be so busy.
Then the next day (Wednesday) i had a show for Nike! All the way out to hell in Singapore Expo. . . like more than an hours trip away from the appartment
So ofcourse i had to wake up at around 6am. . . which sucked ass because i had been deprived of sleep for so long now. . . and i was not feeling well at all hehe.
Ah well i made my sleepy journey to the Expo mrt station. The Place was huuuuge, it's like 6 warehouses stuck together, the roof was high up as shiiiiet!
Apparently this is where fashion week in singapore will mainly be held, it's a place where lots of exhibitions and such things are held.
I saw there was a korean exhibition and a skin care exhibition haha.
Well i walked from Expo warehouse 6 to 3. It was so quiet and peaceful because not a soul was out yet, just one looong hallway with monotone grey paint on the walls. . . . clean and fresh.
Well i arrived at the 3rd warehouse where the Nike show was going to be held. To my delight i saw that a door was open so i knew i had come right, i walked in and saw busy people building sets and stages.
The Stage itself was huuuuuuuuge, it was an amazing set with several rows of fancy white chairs on each end. Three giant projector screens were projected onto the rear of the catwalk, and they had all colours of light flashing and smoke machines and loud music. . . it was dramatic.
Before the show they would also have a big intro like you hear a guy who's voice sounds like the ones in movie trailers "Nike has changed the face of sports, nike has become legendary. . . blablabla" Reaaaaal dramtic and extravagant!
Well apparently i was an hour early. . . .so i just kinda sat around until others started arriving (Thank god for my mp3 or i'd be bored to death).
Then people started arriving, i met Nathanial again (Sven's buddy form LA)
I met a guy named Kenji (from australia and japanese, in a totally hetero sexual way, this guy was good looking) he was short though, so he said he mostly did comercials and such. He also goes to acting school and has done some stuff affiliated with that branch of profession ;)
Then i met 2-3 other guys as well and got along very well with everyone. Great group Great day.
I had uhm. . . 4 outfits. . . .or 5. . . can't remember, and one of the outfits were a speedy change so i had to stress through that one hehe.
But yeh the show was awesome, and it's probably the biggest one i've done so far, i felt like a king haha.
The next day (Thursday) I had to wake up at 5am and go to the same place. . . uuuuuuuuugh. . . .i finished work at 10pm the day before and got home at like 11pm. . .. i mean CMOOON!
Ah well this show was pretty much the same thing, the show was at 2.30 pm and almost the same people, a lot of fun. . . just very tiring hehe.
Then directly after the show, me, Daniel Boey and Kenji had to rush off in Daniel's car to the next job at Tangs.
They were having some opening ceremoni or anniversary or something like that hehe.
Anyway, two boys had to dress up in Angel wings, and paint their bodies bronzed with nothing but a golden pair of short, shorts on haha. Then two guys had to be polaroid boys, we dressed up in white polo shirt and white pants with white shoes, and then 2 girls were dressed up as. . .. . i dunno what the hell they were. .. i have pictures though ahha.
It was a loooot of fun, i just ran around asking the guests if they wanted to get their picture taken with one of the "Angels" or one of the. . .. girls. .. . or if they just wanted a picture with the people they were there with. It was a VIP show so only the people affiliated with this ceremoni were allowed in, same with the Nike shows. So the relatives couldn't see any of this hehe.
Ah well it was a lot of fun and many times i had to get infront of the camera lense as well for the guests haha. And there was free wine as well so me and Thomas, a guy from Canada, the second polaroid boy, we ewre both walking around with one hand on the camera and the other hand holding a glass of wine. .. . . we looked pretty sophisticated in our white polo's i must say haha.
But it was greaaat, and i got along so well with the Kenji and Thomas and the other angel guy haha. No but this was a real. . . . really great night, day hehe even if it started so freakin early :P
Alright, imma try and get some pictures up, was a while ago.
I'll write about the Metro show, Bridal Veil show, Cortina show, and Robinsons show tomorrow!
Btw, one of the girls that did the Nike show was also the covergirl of the men's magazine Maxim. . .. whoa haha
Oh and i walked into the office today and Jane yelled at me! Alex! what have you done to Michelle?!
I'm like shit. .. . who's michelle. . .wth have i done?. . . But Jane yelled out, she's the client for the Bridal Veil show! She looooves you!
Hahahaha she's like you charmed the shit out of her, what did you do? hahahah i jsut went "Tehhee, well. . . what can i saaaay?" So thanks to that, i scored two more shows with her comming up in january and April i think haha :D
Oh, and i talked with the woman that worked with CLEO in Indonesia. . . this is what she had to say (Facebook):
" Anyway, do you know something funny? Cleo office here in Jakarta your picture is like all over the place. suprise your ehheem, should i say Hot? "

Whooooooo my picture is all over a females fashion magazine office nanananannanaaaa hahahah XD
