Megacasting Paragon, Tiny Casting, Big casting, FUTUUUURE

Hey!
Gonna have to go bullet form today again! Early morning tomorrow and monday as well hehe. . . early morning sunday. . . woopie!
Anyways;
- First casting was a Megacasting for all paragon shows. Ie It was a casting for all the shows that will be held in paragon. . . and paragon is a big mall, why i call it a megacasting is because some castings call in every model in town. . . . this was one of them. . .
- I walk in. . . thought i'd be one of the first, see like 20 models already sitting around and chatting. . . . i think to myself "Shit. . .. not another one of these freakin castings. .. . " I hate them because they take soooo damn long!
Anyway, i saw that chris and chris had already arrived so i walked over to them.
- Gradually more and more models started arriving, i see a lot of the same faces as i saw from when i first came to singapore, it was great meating up and talking abit again. Some had been in thailand, some in hong kong, some in paris, milan, etc. People were comming from all over hehe.
- Let me tell you, female models. . . generally, they are (Logically) quite physically attractive, however, some are a bit less attractive and some are a bit more attractive. BUT, every now and then there will come one or two girls that just simply blow your mind, make your eyes bleed, tear your heart out from your very chest with a single stare and all you can do is quietly watch as she glides past, followed by rows of turning heads as if imitating a domino effect, Male and female alike.
Chris "I'm gonna marry her". . .He's gay. . .she is literally a girl that turns gay guys straight
Chris N "I just. . . she just hit me. . . that's the kind of girl i'd leave my girlfriend for" hahaha. . .ok anyway you get how pretty this girl is, second time we see her, first was at the central mall casting, i think i wrote about her in the blog then too XD
She looks asian, maybe indonesian? But she's probably pan-asian.
- ANYWAY! nuff about her. . . hahah
- Alright so more and more models kept turning up, eventually the choreographer turned up and the casting began. (It was the same coreographer that did the Timberland show (The third show i ever did)).
- We're all standing in this big empty room. . . and the casting involves each model, one at a time to walk back and forth, allowing the coreographer to see our walks. . .
- Because we are so bloody many, there are models completely covering 3 out of 4 of the walls in that big. . . studio or whatever. the fourth wall is where the coreographer and various other clients are sitting and watching. . . It's kidna nervwrecking if you know what i mean :P
- People started doing their walks, you'd just walk up, give the clients your portfolio walk to the middle of the room and walk back and fourth a few times. . . . IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROOM. . . . with models covering every inch of the walls. . . .
- Both Chris's did their walks
- Then it was my turn. . . .. wierd. . . but i wasn't that nervous once i had given the client my book (He's always very friendly with me even though i kinda screwed up a bit during the show i did with him haha, he even appologized that i had to come to this casting, considering how i had casted for him at central, and how i did the show a while back)
- I walked to the middle of the room. . . trying to avoid eye contact hahaha XD Anyway. . . . wasn't that bad :P nervosity always drops when your in the process of doing whatever your doing. . . .i like it. . .
- The coreographer thanked me and said "Well i'll be seeing you soon!" i replied "haha i hope so!"
- After that casting i headed to the next casting at redlight building or whatever it's called. . .. i've been there quite a few times, did the Wyler watch launch there bland annat.
- This time it was a casting for Citigold, i suppose it was a casting for the darker models in our agency, because the two blonde Chris' didn't get the casting, only me and the other darker models :P or not darker. . . but. . . . not. . . .arian. . .whatever :P
- I walk in, show my book, get my picture taken, that's it! The man was very friendly, seemed like he'd never done this before though, because after the casting he said, so do i contact you or do i contact monica? haha (This was for citigold, a part of citibank)
- After that casting, i went to the gym from 12pm to 2pm.
- After that i met up with Daniel, we went to an IT-fair held in suntec city, walked around for quite a while looking for camera, mp3 and laptops. Didn't buy anything though .. .
- After I had taken farewell of my dear friend Daniel, whom i haven't seen in a long time because he's in the army, i left for the third and final casting of the day.
- I proceeded to a posh looking building near the raffles hotel (Schtek hotel)
- Went up one floor to an outdoor bar kind of thing on the roof. . . .really nice, took some photos.
- Met some models i knew, sat down and waited.
- Eventually more models started comming and eventually i think all models from about 3-4 different agencies were there.
- We were served free coca-cola, and we were all just hanging around chatting away.
- Finally, Marie showed up, she was going to hold the casting for the clients.
- The show was gonna be a post fashion fest thing held at this bar, she then pointed to the building about 5 meters away from the bar rooftop building we were standing on.
- On the opposite building there were levels of platforms, behind a wall of glass. . . Apparently it's behind that glass on those levels that the chosen models would be walking. . . at night. . . i could see it infront of me. .. and trust me it looked fracking spectacular.
- Carrie models were the first to do the casting.
- We walked away from the crowd of models into a hallway kind of thing with sofas, bedsofas etc.
- We were to do two walks, one straight forward. . .. . . . . . . . and one "seductive". . . "flirtatious" walk. . . jeez. ..
- The first two models failed completley. . Marie was not pleased. . . She's like "POSE UP AGAINST THE WALL, LICK YOU LIPS, TOUCH YOURSELVES, SHOW SOME UNDERWEAR. . . blablablalbalbla.
- Then it was Yuriy's turn. . . .he stopped three time up against the wall on the way down, and three times on the way back. . .. . ahahaha i thikn he NAILED it.
- Then it was my turn. . . this was way worse than the first casting, even though i only had a handfull of models watching this time. . .. uuugh. . .
- Well i stopped up against the wall once or twice, did whatever i could that i though would look "Seductive" hahahahhaha. . . felt like a retard XD
- After that casting i met up with the relatives and ate at harbourfront, vivo city. . . that's it!

Ok sorry but it's late and it's an early morning tomorrow, i'm gonna have to stop here!

Tour of Cathy's University. . . bloody amazing.

Speaking of University. . . .i'm leaning very much toward Mass communications right now. I figure i'll go either into advertisments, with the future goal of opening my own advertising bureau. OR, i go into journalism with the future goal of opening my own production company. . .
Ah well. . we'll see. . .it's so so so competitive that branch of work though. . .seems so much fun though. . . well we'll see ;)

Other interesting news is that the indonesian agency is still begging me to come haha, sounds interesting though. . . they suggested maybe stay only 2 weeks. . . that sound appealing. . . ah well we'll see!
