Heeey!
Well today (Wednesday) i woke up at 7am:
- Got ready and rushed off to takashimaya
- Walked into the fashion festival tent
- Saw the catwalk for the first time. . . it's sooooo long! and it's cool because i've never done a straight forward catwalk like this before!
- Anyway, there was daniel boey and his entourage. then there were loooots and loooots and loooots and then some more, models. . . some familiar faces and some i've never seen before. .. . People from, russia, hungary, czech, america, brazil, canada, australia etc etc etc
- The rehearsal went quickly, i was in the 3rd sequence. . . or 4th. . . i think third
- I just enter the catwalk from the right side, walk all the way down, pose, walk all the way back, and stop on the back part of the catwalk to the right.
- Simple. . .. we all had to sit through the others' sequences as well.
- We finished at 10am, the boys were told to come back at 1pm, the girls had to stay and begin their hair + makeup
- I left together with Ashleigh, another singaporian guy, who's mom also used to be one of the top models of singapore ;)
- We split up at the mrt, i headed to the agency where i just sat around by the computer until 12pm
- Then i left for a speedy eat at the foodcourt (Chicken Rice ofc)
- And rushed back to the tent. . . . didn't really have to rush at all hehe :P because the backstage was packed with models getting fixed up
- I sat down next to Dorina from hungary and we started talking, her friend Sonja from hungary as well
- It took forever before any of us got to do hair or makeup, didn't really mind though, both of em were fun
- Anyway, eventually it was my turn and well it didn't take long at all, same goes for the hair. . . .
- So i pretty much sat around from 1pm till 4pm doing nothing. . . . Luckily i had quite a few people to talk with though. . . Got a long best with a guy from America, Ashleigh, Dorina and Sonja, and some canadian girl as well
- Well eventually it was time to head backstage and put on our outfits. It was a big assed backstage hehe, but then again. . . this is singapore fashion festival ;)
- I commented on Sonja's outfit, i told her she looked like a farmer's wife, which eventually led to a roleplaying where we were married on a farm with 8 kids and blablabla. . . haha random
- The show started, we were the third sequence, me, sonja and Ashleigh. The first sequence was mixed gender, the second only guys, the third (Mine) there were four guys and i dunno how many girls, 5th sequence mixed and i think there was a sixth sequence as well. . .
- Anyway, i kinda had a school-boyish outfit on, and i think our sequence was a bit more playful because they told us to walk fast, smirk a bit, and have a bounce in our walk :P
- So i walked out, the entire place was fully seated, so many people.
- It was awesome. . . i've always wanted to do one of these long straight catwalks where you jsut walk to the end and then back. It feels so cool just walking there slightly elevated above most people with yer head held high haha!
- Anyway, everything went well
- After our sequence we just farted around a bit in the backstage, until it was time for the finale
- The poor canadian girl couldn't feel her feet because there was something wrong with her shoes, so one of the coreographers asked me to walk out and help her during the finale. . .. . but i never saw her during the finale hahahha, but they said not to worry someone else apparently helped her XD
- EEEeuuuuhm. . .well after that i headed to the takashimaya basement to kill some time and eat at Yoshinoya, chicken katsu whooooo!
- At 7pm i headed back to the tent for the Calvin Klein casting. . . .and omg. . .. EVERY model in singapore was there. . .. EVERY single one. . . . Johan said it was probably the biggest casting he's ever gone to in singapore. . .. but then again it is the closing show of fashion festival hehe
- It kinda sucked. . . . took a looong time, and all the girls were told to do their casting before the guys. . . . .which is stupid because there is obviously a majority of women. . . .so it sucked haha
- At least i had, Johan, Jenny, dorina, sonja, zsofia, chris, vince, rei, that american guy etc to talk with to kill time hehe. . . still felt like ages :P
- The casting sucked, we walked in like 10 guys at a time, then they told 2 to stay and the rest could leave. . . . uugh i was one of the guys that left XD
Ah well can't get em all. . . waste of time though haha
- After the casting i sat around for a while talking with Jenny, zsofia and Sonja, who all had rehearsals at 9pm-10pm. . . . man the girls during fashion festival are getting so many shows. . . there aren't many at all for guys :(
- Eventually i left and headed home
- And now i'm sitting here typing this thing ;)

Tackar haha, it's wierd. . . recently, several completely different people have told me i've slimmed down, and several others over msn/facebook as well. . . . but i haven't been working out since joel came here. . .. haha maybe it was the gymming before joel came that made a difference? XD Ah well hardcore gymming starts as soon as i get my protein powder now. . . hopefully asap.

well sucks. . . is bad i suppose, so what i meant is, i appreciate you all worrying but, i don't like it at the same time hehe. . . so in aspect i like it, in another i don't ;)
Snus, keeps you away from chips, soda's etc which are more devastating to your body than snus. . . believe it or not. Not only that but there is not much that is certain about snus being harmful for that matter either :P
iidesune, i've heard that several times in my japanese series, as well as Kireina!

About that picture of barstand, is that you who is wearing a black t-shirt with sign Dior? the main attention of mine is directed not to you but to that girl in foreground, who obviously having problem with her eyes. Why didn't you offer your help?
Frankly speaking I don't care if what I say suck for you. I do say what I think. I am not running for Alex's list of 10 most popular persons. I have already booked a business class airticket to Heaven, reserved the best place with spectacular view over Pacific Ocean. Anytime I may fly up there, to be welcomed by attractive godesses.

You are talking about when you are coming home. Have you decided when and what is happening whith going to Hongkong or/and Tokyo? I would like to hear about your future plans - that is if you already have some.
I love that you are including pictures on your blog - to the extent that when I have read the text I sometimes go back and enlarge the pictures to enjoy them. Your weight loss is really visible but don't loose too much - we do not want you to disappear. And may I - as a tall lady - give you some advice? Remember to stand up tall and keep your head high, that always gives a much better result on in pictures - pro or amateur ones.
And Alex, I get a feeling that you and I have not been talking enough as there are evidently a lot of things you don't know about what I have been doing during my now quite long life. We better get together when you came back and I can be reminishing about my "past". What do you think?
