Party party!

Helluuu!
Well i last left off with thursday, so next day (Friday):
I woke up, got a call from daniel asking me if i wanted to do anything. We decided to go watch the movie "Speed Racer"
It was awesoooooome!
After that we kinda just hung around in town for a while, it was already pretty late by now, so we decided to head straight to Clark Quay fashion bar from town. (I was wearing shorts, but apparently it's ok to go to fashion bar in shorts haha)
Tonight. . . . was amazing. . . in more ways than one. . .
Claire, and Johan joined us at around 10pm.
More models arrived a lil later, i knew all of em so it was a real nice crowd, but i mainly sat with Claire, Johan and Daniel.
The agency people from indonesia came as well, apparently i've left my marks in indonesia haha, amongs the agency and the girls Hähä ;)
The 2 heads of the agency have been bugging me for so long to come to indonesia with them, and tonight they were REALLY on me hahaha.
After fashion bar we left for Thumper. Turned out to be an amazing night, with rain and thunder and the streets outside far east plaza.
I Slept at Wyle's place that night.

Next day, Saturday:
Woke up at around 10-11 am, grabbed a cab home, went back to bed and slept till 4pm haha.
Not much mroe happened that day, i met up with the relatives and we ate dinner. A Chill day
in other words

Sunday:
After i had awoken, i saw that the grandparents had left, but Cathy was still home.
Today i was to help carry a big assed cupboard into Wyle's house, so when i was ready, me and cathy grabbed a cab to Wyle's place.
After a bit of waiting and cleaning, i helped carry the cupboard in. It was pretty heavy.
After that i got driven to Vivo City where the relatives ate, and i parted away and got picked up by Idris, Johan, Irina, Dorina and Claire in Idris's Diplomat car.
We drove into Sentosa for the models night at the beach bar called Km8.
Our first stop was the Luge, i've told you guys about this before, did it with joel. . . was way funnier the first time though hahahaa.
The next stop was "Café Del Mar".
Amaaaazing VIP place. . . we got a whole section all for ourselves, with a private jacuzzi and what not hahahaha, amazing.
After a bit of hanging around in the jacuzzi and what not, we headed to a Japanese restaurante next door and ate some dinner! I love japanese food. . .
Wait wrong, before Café del mar we went to Km8 and picked up our model night drink cupons (They stop giving them out at 7pm).
After the japanese food, we headed to Km8 for the models night. However, Irina, Dorina and Johan left before we reached the place. So it was only me Idris and Claire.
KM8 is amazing as well, fire shows, amazing music, cozy place right on the beach. . . just wonderful.
Eventually Idris's sister, her friend and Sean arrived.
They stayed for a short while and it was good seeing Sean again. Idris and co left back for JB quite early because he had to go finish off his helicopter classes the next day in Ipoh.
Claire and I stayed long after the place had closed haha, really nice place, i'm deffinitely going again this sunday!

Monday:
Well not much happened today actually. . . my intentions were to head to Fly entertainment and talk with them about the job in Hong kong, but i gave them a call first.
Turns out that they wanted me to come down and cast as the Channel V VJ host! Which is quite amazing because channel V is like the MTV of asia. . . .. Buuuuuut, it would mean that i have to stay in hong kong for 1 year. .. . and i'm not prepared to do that. . . so i thanked them and told them i'll keep in contact for when i return to singapore the next time.
Kind of a pitty, because she said that with this job i could also get into acting and stuff. . . which is pretty cool!
Well, today i just stayed at home all day, ate dinner with the relatives and came back home hehe.

Today:
Today i woke up at around 2pm, got ready and headed in to town to look for light blue jeans and a sachel for felix.
Apparently my Mp3 is broken as well. . . so now i need to buy one because it's driving me insane sitting in public transport without music hehe.
No luck with any of the three actually hehe.
I dropped by the Agency though, my Visa had been approved :D Whooo so that problem is over. . .we were all pretty nervous about it haha, but they approved the online application for an extension ;)
I also found out i've got a show tomorrow for Loreal, so that's good, becuase work after the fashion festival is pretty dry at the moment hehe.
Also a pitty, i come home from the hong kong trip me and the relatives are making in a few days. I come home the 20th, and i've been shortlisted for a TV commercial on the 20th. . .. ah weeell. . .. .
I have also been booked for 3 shows by daniel. . . . after i've left singapore hahaha so that's a bummer as well. . ..
As for shows. . . i've also been booked for 3 days of shows, 21st to 23rd. It's for panasonic, the clients liked my attitude so they're hiring me again mwaha.
After the agency, i headed to the gym, then subway, and finally home!
Aaaaand that's what's been happening lately!

How was the trip?
The cannon 650 IS. . . hmm thought it was just another in the Ixus series, but jsut like the G9 it's semi pro with manual functions as well as auto. . . . so i really have no idea which one to recommend! I know for sure that the G9 is awesome by own experience, and it's been highly highly rated by everything, everywhere. However, the 650 IS seems new, so i don't know anything about it. . . if it's better or not? I really don't know!
About the battery, i'm as lost as you are, but the LCD screen, a huge LCD screen is much appreciated, gives you a better idea of the picture you're about to take, but if the LCD screen alone makes it worth buying? I'm not too sure, I suggest you check out the homepage http://www.dpreview.com/
I spent a lot of time on that page before i bought my camera haha, and it was also recommended to me by the photographer at our agency ;)

Hmmmm. . .. bellboy. . . . well as long as i have a generous manager grandfather, i guess it wouldn't be too bad now would it?!
